ELS, Dubai, opened in March 1995. We are proud of our past successes and enthusiastic about the future. We have built our program on three key principles – quality, diversity, and flexibility.

 

Matthew Laubengayer is the Center Director and has been part of the ELS family since 1994.  Matthew has a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.I.M from Thunderbird - School of Global Management.
